Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please call 800-654-8547 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Return item(s) must be unused and in original condition with manufacturer’s original box, including all parts, accessories and packaging. Please ship original/retail box packed inside a protective box with RMA# marked clearly on the outside of the box. Please include a copy of the original invoice. Any return shipped without an RMA# will delay processing of your refund and be assessed a 15% restocking charge.

If an item is shipped incorrectly, damaged, defective or missing call us using our toll free number listed above. You must call us within 7 days of receipt. Customer service will begin the return/exchange process.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to an error on our part, defect or damage in transit. We advise that you use a shipping service that can be tracked in transit. C.O.D.’s will not be accepted. Keep your shipping receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost by the return shipping company.

Refunds will be credited to your original credit card. Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed.
