Retail Shipping Policy

Chem Tac, Inc. is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Any items ordered on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 2 PM will begin processing the next business day.

When conditions permit Chem Tac, Inc. may recycle boxes for shipping. It is our attempt to minimize waste.

Shipping charges may be adjusted if dimensional weight is applied to your package. Oversized packages such as forks, whips, showsticks etc. will require additional handling per FedEx. Additional handling will be noted on item page when it applies.

Shipping Partners

Chem Tac has contracted the services of FedEx and United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship your package(s). P.O. Box addresses are not allowed for the shipping address.

Refused or Returned Packages

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Chem Tac reserves the right to retain all shipping and handling charges for any returned/undeliverable and/or refused shipment. Chem Tac, Inc. may require additional payment for costs incurred to reship an order.

Additional Handling Charges

FedEx charges additional fees for oversized or long sided packages. That fee is $14.50.
